Returns and Exchanges

All items may be returned within 5 days of delivery as long as the item is returned unworn, unused, and in the condition in which it was received.

Please email to request a return or exchange. All returns granted will be executed in the original form of payment. 

All returns must include original packaging: box, certificates, leather pouch or any other packaging material.  

For U.S. Customers we will cover the cost of return shipping. Returns on orders outside the U.S. will be subject to shipping and duties.

Proof of purchase will be required on all returns and exchanges. 

While we always endeavor to make this experience both easy and positive, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if, after receiving the merchandise, we determine it does not meet our Return Policy conditions.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before your order has shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email and at that time we will be unable to cancel your order and the Return Policy will apply.
